Job Title: Finance Administrator
Duration: 6 months
Job Type: Contract - Possibility for extension
Location: Aztec West - Bristol (office based)
Pay Rate: 15 per hour (PAYE, weekly pay)
Start Date: ASAP
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00
This role will provide administrative support to the Finance Team within a renowned energy business, processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
Overview of the Role:
- Processing invoices accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Support with the administration within the finance team
- Maintain accurate records invoices and payments
- Prepare and handle corporate documents maintaining strict confidentiality
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience required
- Previous finance industry experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in general IT and Microsoft Excel
