Finance Business Partner

Core3 are delighted to recruit a Finance Business Partner opportunity with a leading organisation in Bristol. £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus. Hybrid working.

How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in the Finance team, fully supporting the in preparation with analysis and reporting for key operations for the business..

  • Production of regular KPI reports, including redesign and continuous improvement of the process
  • Main point of contact for key business area, including production of monthly analysis and reporting.
  • Business Partnering across the business including senior management.
  • Supporting Finance team with key reporting.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with periodic tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Preparing special projects management accounts and performing analysis for senior management including appropriate overhead allocation
  • Business partnering with internal departments to ensure full financial understanding of key cost drivers
  • Providing financial insights to aid decision-making
  • Overhaul weekly KPI production, understanding what the outputs are & reverse engineering the process that is currently in place
  • Developing and improving budgeting, financial projections and operating forecasts
