Job: Finance business partnerLocation: BristolDay rate: Competitive, open to discussionLength of contract: 6 months

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional CFOs and Group Finance teams to ensure seamless service and solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide an enhanced experience, with a focus on managing key business relationships and resolving critical issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and metrics to ensure compliance with month-end reporting requirements and adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Manage connections with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of business operations and relevant industry performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on best practices and actively participate in professional networks or associations to foster knowledge sharing and exchange.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial analyses, incorporating historical performance reviews and market trend evaluations, providing senior management with actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies by identifying business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified finance professional (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 3+ years accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and foster effective relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Capacity to challenge teams and hold them accountable to drive optimal performance.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, and readiness to undertake complex tasks.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including motivating and guiding stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in analysing regional monthly P&L performance, identifying and explaining key drivers of variances.
