Commercial Finance Director
Robert Half are working with a highly inquisitive business to recruit an ambitious Commercial Finance Director.
The Role
- Oversee the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), managing the entire process from start to finish and closing transactions
- Business partnering with the SLT including the COO - providing valuable insights to guide business strategies and goals.
- Presenting to the SLT and deputising for the CFO when needed
- Support/lead in contract negotiations, as well as address and resolve financial and contractual issues
- Champion efforts to improve company-wide performance by pinpointing areas to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to assess and secure major new business prospects.
Your Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAEW etc)
- Ability to business partner with non-finance and c-suite level
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing business
- Demonstrable experience leading M&A transactions from end to end
