Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial and payroll management.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP and Oracle NetSuite systems.
- Excellent understanding of reconciliation processes and month-end management.
- Experience with VAT and Corporation Tax management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
This is a hybrid, flexible role.
