The role:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, aligning resources with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the creation of annual budgets, monthly reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate across departments, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to drive success.
Must haves:
- Qualified accountant, ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Proven experience in financial reporting, planning and compliance
- Strong FRS102 experience
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and managing people.
- Ambitious and driven
