The Hays Bristol senior finance team have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Manager for a role in Bristol.Are you a technically strong financial accounting manager looking for your next challenge?We have an exciting interim role available with a leading, reputable Bristol employer.Location: Bristol Duration: November 2024-May 2025Flexible Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in the office (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)About the Role:
- Requires a fully qualified & technically strong accountant (ACA/ACCA/FCCA)
- Audit background would be desirable but not essential.
- Lead the audit relationship with EY
- Production of year-end statutory accounts and commentary in accordance
- Strong Excel skills required
- Management & approval of weekly cash-flow forecasting
- Provide day to day coaching & management of the Financial Accountants and Analysts
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are complete with other finance colleagues, resolving any issues
- Demonstrable financial accounting experience gained within a multi-entity organisation
