A senior personal tax manager will join an established and fast-growing tax team.

As a key member of the team, you will influence the development of the practice and take on People Management and Business Development responsibilities.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working. Whether you’re working from the office, from home, or from a client site, we support our people in achieving the right balance of flexibility while delivering excellent client service. Working closely with their Bristol office Senior Manager Team (SMT), you will help grow our portfolio of tax clients and expand and develop the team.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the management team to manage and develop our tax team, including recruiting team members and coaching our people to reach their potential.
- Building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and ensuring we continue to offer a quality trusted advisor service.
- Building and maintaining a good network of local contacts within the market to aid business development.
