Senior Finance Manager

Core3 is thrilled to announce an exclusive recruitment opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join our client's growing finance team. The Senior Finance Manager will provide stakeholder and operational management and leadership across the Accounting process for a number of countries within the group.

How you'll make an impact?

The Senior Finance Manager will lead and manage stakeholders and operations across the group's accounting processes for multiple countries. The Accounting & Controlling team will support the preparation of monthly management accounts for specific process areas, uphold a strong and reliable control environment, perform balance sheet reconciliations, conduct risk analysis, and offer accounting expertise to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and transparency across all processes.

  • Serve as an International BSC expert in Accounting and Controlling, leveraging in-depth knowledge and conceptual understanding of key business processes and systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex issues for in-scope businesses, adapting to diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust control framework to ensure the integrity of all relevant processes and ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with Blueprint processes and procedures, documenting any deviations or exceptions as necessary.
  • Oversee adherence to country-specific regulations, conducting appropriate validation and audit processes to maintain compliance.
  • Deliver training and support across the business to enhance understanding and efficiency in end-to-end processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders throughout end-to-end processes.
  • Address queries promptly, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Develop and sustain efficient, accurate, and robust accounting management processes.
  • Drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy, monitoring and reporting performance metrics via dashboards and KPIs.
  • Embody and promote the values outlined in the BSC leadership charter, such as collaboration, respect, honesty, and clear communication.
  • Recruit and retain team members with the necessary skills and competencies through a transparent and structured process.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Why our Client is excited about you

The Ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, Ideally in fixed assets, though this is not essential. However, a solid foundation in Management Accounting is a must. The ideal candidate will also be confident in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Qualified ACA OR ACCA
  • Experience of accounting processes
  • Accounting experience of the general ledger
  • SAP knowledge preferred, or experienced in learning new systems in depth
  • Up to date technical knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of system and process controls
  • Able to report information efficiently, in an easy to use output
