Role Responsibilities- Provide expert tax guidance on business transactions
- Work closely with small and mid-market businesses on acquisitions, disposals, and financing
- Lead tax due diligence and business valuation projects

- Experience in tax compliance and advisory work, particularly with corporate transactions
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software packages
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff members is preferred
