Client Accountant

Core3 is thrilled to recruit a Client Accountant for a prestigious independent commercial property management and consultancy firm in the UK. This role is based in Bristol, offering a salary range of £30,000 - £36,000, with the flexibility of a hybrid working environment.

How You'll Contribute

As Client Accountant, you will take on a diverse and responsible role, handling various accounting tasks, from cash management and rent collection to preparing financial reports for our client's high-profile accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining a checklist of all assigned clients and properties
  • Ensuring prelists for charges and interests are sent to managers for timely approval.
  • Raising invoices or demands
  • Preparing client and VAT reports and returns.
  • Forwarding arrears letters to the Property Manager for any outstanding amounts
  • Authorising invoices for payment.
  • Managing service charge year-end procedures.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Department Heads to ensure all accounts are reconciled and bank accounts closed without delay.
