They are currently seeking a dedicated AsscoiateParaplanner to join their thriving Adviser Support team.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic chance to join a close-knit, professional team and play a key role in supporting financial advisers. As an Associate Paraplanner, you will be integral to maintaining the firm's high standards by providing critical administrative and technical support. This is an office-based position, ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist advisers with essential administrative and technical tasks
  • Compile recommendation paperwork, including drafting suitability reports
  • Conduct tax calculations such as Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
  • Prepare client valuations and gather investment/fund information
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of client and research records in line with company policies
  • Perform in-depth product research, analysis, and due diligence
  • Communicate with clients, providers, and professional connections via phone and email
  • Submit new business applications, monitor progress, and validate provider work
  • Prepare documents for client meetings, ensuring everything is in place

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in an office environment with strong administrative skills
  • An excellent telephone manner and great interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication
  • Sound numerical skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in IT, especially Office365 (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • A working knowledge of investments, pensions, and tax
  • Diploma-level qualifications are advantageous
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office, O&M, Selectapension, and provider systems is a plus
