Typical responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
Responsible for arranging deliveries of fleet with customers, coordinating drivers via emails and by telephone.
Assist in calculating prices and expenses.
Answering and responding to incoming calls dealing with queries in a professional manner.
Liaising with the management team ensuring the smooth operation of the transport department.
Ensure all inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
