Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator in Bristol City Centre to join our client, one of the largest providers of Financial Education and Well-Being support within the public sector.

Your role will be to ensure the effective administration and running of programs for corporate clients by providing first-class support.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Supporting the public sector team with a variety of administrative functions to ensure a succesful and effective operation of seminars
  • Managing various inboxes within the company, ensuring recipients receive exceptional customer service and ensuring process registration requests are dealt with
  • Coordinating 1-2-1 guidance clinics for delegates within the Financial Coaching team
  • Producing and quality checking MI and Evaluation reports for the Account Management team
  • Assisting with the management and planning of the Financial Coaches scheduling system

Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills is required
  • You should have a thorough approach to work and have excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • You should have the ability to work on your own initative and multi-task with a flexible attitude
  • Having excellent time management skills is essential
