JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: South BristolHours: Full Time.Salary: Up to £90K DOE and PQEFlexible hours and working location can be considered.Day-to-day, you'll manage a caseload of no more than 20 Multi-Track claims relating to a variety of medical negligence issues, working closely with clients to build strong cases and achieve fair outcomes. You will assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements while maintaining a client-focused approach.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and making a meaningful difference within a reputable firm.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 4+ PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal Injury will be considered. However, you will ideally be 8+ years post qualified Solicitor or FCILEX.
• Experience managing wide variety of Clinical Negligence file including but not limited to; Brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, general all round medical negligence.
• Successful track record of billing in Medical/ Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury.
• Manage a caseload of roughly 20 high value files varying in complexity, over £200K - £millions. NO fixed costs files.
