This award-winning law firm is known for its market leading Healthcare practice and is enjoying developing an enviable presence in the Bristol and South West market. As such, they are seeking a number of clinical negligence lawyers to join their Tier 1 Healthcare team in their Bristol office at all levels. They have a well-earned reputation for their work, both regionally and nationally.Your new roleThis role is working with a partner who advises on a wide range of healthcare matters, including providing representation at inquests, representing clinicians before their regulatory body, medical device/product liability work and general advisory work. Clients include public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and distributors, as well as healthcare companies, private equity firms specialising in healthcare investments, health ministries and authorities.The Bristol team are market leaders and are thriving, so you can expect to enjoy high-quality work from the outset. You will be working within a successful and supportive team and will have access to a top quality caseload.What you'll need to succeedYou will have relevant experience in defendant clinical negligence practice including medical malpractice and experience dealing with multimillion pound matters; the ideal candidate will have experience working within the healthcare sector. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 1 PQE. Please note that PQE levels are a guide and all suitable candidates will be considered.
