  • Program and operate CMM machines utilising PC-DMIS software.
  • Perform accurate inspections of complex components for various industries.
  • Ensure calibration and measurement processes align with UKAS and customer standards.
  • Collaborate closely with quality and engineering teams to guarantee product conformance and inspection accuracy.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise CMM equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Bonus: Experience with Faro Arm and Laser Scanning technologies is highly advantageous.

About you

  • Proven experience as a CMM Programmer with proficiency in PC-DMIS software.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques.
  • Prior experience in a UKAS-accredited environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industries such as military, aerospace, oil & gas, rail, medical, space, and engineering.
