Key Responsibilities:

Managing student behaviour effectively to create a focused and respectful classroom environment
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in KS3 and KS4

Quickly adapting to different classes and school expectations

What We're Looking For:

Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in handling classroom challenges
Previous experience working in a school or with young people (desirable but not essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills

A degree in any subject (preferred)
