Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Operator to join their Freight Forwarding team in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Location: Bristol (BS11 8DT)

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum (dependant on experience) PLUS benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Customer Relationship Operator - The Role:

We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing road freight export department as a Customer Relationship Operator. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road exports. This ranges from issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing the customs clearance process and everything else through to ensuring the customer receives their shipments on time.

You will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners as well as internal teams, so good communication skills are key in this role. Continuous support and training will be given as we aim to help you develop your skills and knowledge to allow you to grow your career with Davies Turner. Prior experience in Road Transport and/or Exports is preferable along with working in a fast-paced office environment.

Customer Relationship Operator - You:

If you have any of the following, we want to hear from you:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment (face to face/over the phone)

- Experience in Road Freight and/or Exports

- Excellent attention to detail & problem solving skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Interested in movement of goods/freight

In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
