  • Ensuring consistency of experience across platforms and devices while balancing user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborating with product managers, user research, service delivery and other and cross-functional teams to define product vision, features, and functionality.
  • Managing and overseeing the mapping of end-to-end customer journeys, identifying touch and pain points and integrating with back-stage teams and processes.
  • Championing accessibility, inclusivity, and human-centred design principles.
  • Prioritising and tracking work, adapting to changing needs of teams.
  • Coordinating design activities, unblocking barriers to progress across multiple areas of work simultaneously.

About you

  • Exemplary design skills covering psychology, interaction, accessibility, service design, prototyping, IA, usability, and UCD methods
  • Proven leadership skills with experience scaling design capability and leading technical experts
  • Experience within Fintech, with an understanding of investments, pensions and savings products

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) will be a plus.
  • Willingness to pitch in and support with design work during busy periods.
