Be calm, patient and understanding; classrooms can be overwhelming environments and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the most effective and appropriate response, both managing tempers and diffusing situations

The Role

  • Supporting students with their work

  • Board range of knowledge across a number of different disciplines including 3D design, wood work, metal work and drawing

  • Maintaining and ordering equipment and materials

  • Collaboration with DT teachers and other department members
