We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our Baby Room/Preschool team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stimulating activities to promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, ensuring effective communication with parents.
  • Support children’s personal care needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Person Specification:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare and Learning (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with young children.
  • Passionate about early years education and child development.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
