Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Pay: £13,091.00 per year
Expected hours: 19 per week
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our Baby Room/Preschool team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver stimulating activities to promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, ensuring effective communication with parents.
- Support children’s personal care needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Person Specification:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare and Learning (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
