FIELD SALES COACH UK - FULLY REMOTE£35,000 PLUS HYBRID CAR AND £10K BONUS

Job Description:

In this role, you will onboard, coach, and mentor the Business Development team, providing in-field training and performance assessments to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth.

  • Manage onboarding for new hires, both remotely and in-field
  • Coach team members through regional visits and provide instant feedback
  • Develop and deliver training on prospecting, negotiation, and handling objections
  • Ensure the team understands the company’s value, market trends, and competition
  • Train the team on CRM systems, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Evaluate team performance using KPIs and give constructive feedback
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjust training methods as needed
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Work with Sales Directors to ensure training aligns with business goals
  • Track training success and suggest improvements to operations

Experience Required:

  • MUST have at least 3 years of experience in field sales or a leadership role within sales
  • In-depth understanding of targeted sales techniques, field sales tactics, and handling objections effectively
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead a high-achieving sales team
  • Expertise in creating and delivering engaging, customised training materials
  • Strong experience in monitoring KPIs and assessing sales performance metrics
  • Agile in adapting training to suit diverse team needs and challenges
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and developments
