JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor 4+ PQE
Location: South Bristol
Hours: Full Time, Hybrid but more presence in the office is preferred if you are below 8PQE.
Salary: DOE & PQE Circa 50K - 90K

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Qualified Solicitors or CILEx 4+ PQE will be considered, the ideal applicant will be 8 year qualified in Clinical Negligence.
- Must be experience in Clinical Negligence OR Multi Track personal injury claims.
- Experience managing wide variety of Clinical Negligence file including but not limited to;
- Brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, general all round medical negligence.
- Successful track record of billing in Medical/ Clinical Negligence or personal injury.
- Manage a caseload of roughly 5-17 high value files varying in complexity, over 200K - millions.
Due to the high quality and value of the files you will be working on, applicants who only have experience in low value/fixed costs/fast track claims will not be successful. Training and support is provided but some experience is required.
