An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a vibrant team in Bristol. Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of BREEAM assessments and contribute to innovative environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior consultants in delivering BREEAM assessments for a range of projects.
Prepare BREEAM-related reports and documentation for certification.
Conduct research to stay current with the latest BREEAM standards and industry advancements.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the certification process.

The Ideal Graduate BREEAM Consultant Will:

Be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices.
Possess a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC)) - though not essential.
Have a strong passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
