You will be working 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, 8.5 hour shifts / 8hr shifts dependant on rota, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Actively and enthusiastically engage with our customers, recognising the value of their feedback in shaping our services and reporting it on their behalf.
  • Act as a central point of contact for customers at the information desk; playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Recording and monitoring lost property, facilitating return to customers where possible.
  • Facilitate free loan of mobility equipment within the accessibility centre, cleaning, and monitoring equipment for safe use.
  • Ensuring all equipment and environments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, reflecting our commitment to our customers.
  • Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures and promptly report any incidents or accidents, ensuring the well-being of everyone in our workplace.
  • Carry out functions required within the site emergency management plan (full training provided).
  • First Aid Responder (Training will be provided).

About You:

  • You will have a passion and interest in working within the retail/customerservice industry although full training will be provided for the right person.
  • Have a fun and energetic nature and a can-do attitude.
  • You'll be reliable, relatable, and authentic.
  • Applicants must agree to a mandatory DBS check if requested.
