My client is a rapidly growing SaaS business seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. The Role

As the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing a large sales team, managing a total headcount of 40, whilst driving both cold and warm lead initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a high-performing team and directly contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40 inside sales professionals.
- Oversee both cold and warm lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise team efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
