Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Head of Operational Delivery to lead the delivery pipeline for a cutting-edge growing organisation, driving digital transformation for leading global brands.

The Role:You will optimise processes, plan resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while empowering teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time. This senior leadership role focuses on data-driven decisions, release governance, and collaboration across teams, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency. You will own and drive the internal delivery processes, releases and workflow platform (Jira).

You will be leading a dynamic team of 40 talented individuals during an exciting period of expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow & Process Management: Enhance efficiency in IT development, content creation, and delivery through optimized workflows and clear communication across teams (using tools like Jira).
  • Release Management: Oversee product and content release planning, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align operational plans with company objectives, facilitating resource planning and forecasting.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to track team performance, optimize workflows, and improve processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in the UK and Chennai, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage operational documentation and ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in operational management or product operations ideally within technology, content, or digital environments
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, workflow management, and Jira.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
