HR Specialist - SPIR

IO Associates is seeking for a HR Specialist - SPIR for the Filton site. You will join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

You will lead HR support in M&A projects, providing expertise to align with business objectives. You need to ensure legal monitoring to anticipate upcoming reforms and their impacts on the company. Ensure information & consultation process and coordinate implementation at national/local level in collaboration with SPIR BP: END to END (ensure compliance with law requirements).

Skills

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified and/or hold a legal qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR role
  • Need to have an understanding of employment law and legislations
  • Role will include stake holder management and policy writing
