Are you looking for a pivotal role wihtin a lovely team? This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of people processes within a leading organisation. As an HRIS Specialist, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless data management and providing essential technical support to colleagues across the business.

You will work closely with a superb team, gaining invaluable experience in systemising and automating HR processes with the opportunity to develop advanced technical skills, particularly in SAP Success Factors, MS Excel, and data analysis tools like Visio and Power BI

You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR, and the smooth rollout of new HRIS modules - Engaging with various departments including Finance and IT, enhancing your cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt first-line support for user queries and issues, escalating as necessary
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in employee data within the HRIS and investigate data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain system documentation to enhance user proficiency and assist with data cleansing, system updates, migrations, integrations, and data uploads
  • Maintain reporting lines, job relationships, and cyclical events such as performance reviews and holiday uploads
  • Support the rollout of new HRIS modules and the automation of people processes
  • Generate and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Develop self-serve reporting dashboards to reduce ad-hoc requests -Respond to third-party data requests and collate data for bulk renewals of practising certificates and memberships

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous HRIS experience, ideally with SAP Success Factors -Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae, pivot tables)
  • Proficiency in HRIS report writing and dashboard creation, with skills in Visio and Power BI.- Ability to quickly master new software
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity - Solution-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Discreet and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
