Leading international law firm based is looking for a new HRIS Analyst to work within their HR team to support all offices.

  • Hybrid working available for Bristol office (2 days in the office / 3 days remote)
  • Up to £45,000 per annum

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Provide first line support in respect of all queries and issues raised by users
  • Maintain employee data in the HRIS
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
  • Develop a suite of self-serve reporting / dashboards to reduce the volume of ad-hoc requests Respond to third party data and information requests
  • Collate people data in relation to bulk renewal of practising certificates and memberships
  • Support the Reward & Benefits Manager with the production and analysis of data in relations to cyclical activity
  • Draft communications e.g., system upgrades and annual leave carryover

HRIS Analyst Key Skills & Requirements

  • Previous HRIS experience, ideally SAP Success Factors
  • Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential)
  • HRIS report writing and dashboard creation with proficiency in Visio and Power BI
  • Ability to quickly master new software
  • Detail orientated with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
