A Japanese trading company is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to work in their small team in Bristol.You will be responsible for order processing, inventory control, shipping control and arrangement, and other administrative tasks concerned to the aerospace and naval marine business, and office management.Business level of fluency in both Japanese and English is required

-Process requests for quotes, purchase orders, and invoices

-Arrange shipments -inland, export to Japan, import from Japan

-Take delivery schedule control and follow up

-Make data entries onto the company’s computer system

-Generate shipping documents-export/import

-Handle claim disposition

-Take care of post delivery

-Take care of document filing

-Coordinate guest accommodation (transportation, hotel, restaurant)

-Take care of secretarial jobs for coordinator, manager and/or MDJapanese speaking Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:- Business level of fluency in both Japanese and English

- Experience in import/export business (desirable)

- Business trip may be required to visit manufacturers, logistic companies, and/or any places upon the discretion of MD

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management skills
