Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for KS1 students.* Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.* Experience teaching Lower Key Stage 1 is preferred.* Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.* ECTs are welcome to apply.
