Labourer

Overview
We are seeking 3 dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects when needed.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
