Job Title: Labourer

Start Date: Monday (Immediate Start)
Rate of Pay: 15 per hour
Duration: 12 weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 19:00 (48 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team for an ongoing 12-week project based in Bristol. The role involves general site labouring duties to support the construction team. This is a physically demanding role and requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Maintenance: Ensure the site remains clean and tidy, removing debris and waste materials.
Material Handling: Move equipment, tools, and materials around the site as needed.
Assisting Tradespeople: Support tradesmen and construction workers by providing necessary materials or assistance as directed.
Site Safety: Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
General Labouring: Assist with general labouring tasks as required, including digging, lifting, and carrying.

Requirements:

Previous experience working on construction sites (preferred but not essential).
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
Good communication skills.
Must have own PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves).
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Benefits:

15 per hour, paid weekly.
