Job Description:We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team for an ongoing 12-week project based in Bristol. The role involves general site labouring duties to support the construction team. This is a physically demanding role and requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Maintenance: Ensure the site remains clean and tidy, removing debris and waste materials.
- Material Handling: Move equipment, tools, and materials around the site as needed.
- Assisting Tradespeople: Support tradesmen and construction workers by providing necessary materials or assistance as directed.
- Site Safety: Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
- General Labouring: Assist with general labouring tasks as required, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Previous experience working on construction sites (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have own PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- £15 per hour, paid weekly.
- Full-time, consistent work for 12 weeks.
