Are you able to to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail? Our client, a UK top 25 legal firm, is looking for a Legal PA to join one of their Bristol based teams, on a 12 month fixed term contract.Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive PA support by managing diaries, monitor mailboxes, and arrange travel
  • Oversee billing processes, prepare reports, and handle expenses with the accounts team
  • Conduct document comparisons, schedule deeds, and book meeting room
  • Address inquiries and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, resolve IT issues, and cover for PA absences
  • Collate and process expenses efficiently

  • Manage work effectively and manage tasks efficiently
  • Meet tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations
  • Adapt to changing needs and take initiative
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
  • Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with care
