JOB ROLE
You are responsible for overseeing the direct to customer telesales teams daily activity, hitting daily call targets generated from online enquiries and converting those Conveyancing instructions and leads for Surveys,
MAIN DUTIES
- Managing the daily activity of the telesales team
- Hitting daily call targets, typically between 60-80 a day
- Recording the call outcomes
- Converting the calls into leads
- Managing the chase cycle for unanswered calls
- Ensuring all administration is accurately updated
- Reporting daily, weekly on the converted leads
- Suggesting improvements to the processes to deliver improved conversions
SKILLS
- IT Literate to a good standard
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years experience in a similar telesales role
- Excellent understanding of customer service standards
- Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry
- Excellent telephone manner
