Role and Responsibilities:As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and service teams by providing expert guidance on automotive parts and accessories. Due to the nature of this role it is on- site and there will be a requirement to work Saturday on a rota basis - this will be paid as overtime. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with identifying, locating, and procuring the correct automotive parts and accessories.
  • Utilising your in-depth knowledge of vehicle parts to advise customers on suitable options based on their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available for both customers and technicians.
  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of required parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized assistance.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
