A luxury automotive dealership in Bristol is seeking a Parts Advisor with a salary range of £25.5k to £30k per annum.
The role involves ensuring prompt and courteous customer service, checking parts against delivery notes, and managing stock checks.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in a dealership or Motor Factor Parts, along with a strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of Kerridge or DRIVE systems and familiarity with BMW is preferred, but not essential.
Applicants should have a passion for cars and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with prior experience in the industry being advantageous.

Our client, a luxury automotive dealership has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their amazing team.

The role:

· Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.

· Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.

· Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.

· Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.

· Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.

· Packing and loading Parts correctly

Key skills/experience:

· We are looking for an ambitious candidate ideally with previous dealership or Motor Factor Parts experience who has the ability to work on there own initative as well as part of a team.

· A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthiusm for cars.

· Previous use of Kerridge or DRIVE would be advantageous, along with BMW knowledge which is preferred but not essential.

· Any Parts Interpratation skills and knowledge of the Motor industry would be a clear benefit to help you succeed in this role as well as your enthiusm of the brand.
