PMO Lead - Governance - Bristol - Inside IR35
3-4 Month initial contract
£450-£500/day inside IR35 - Umbrella
1-2 days a week on site - Hybrid working model.
This PMO Lead will be joining one of our prestigious Bristol based clients to work across a portfolio of pragrammes and projects, improving the levels of Governance and control.
This individual will conduct assessments across the programmes and projects against the framework they have in place. They will then need to provide the information gathered to and work with the PMO manager to offer guidance to the relevant programme and Project teams.
This individual will be key to building the foundations so the PMO function can further mature and grow.
Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the position:
- Experienced PMO Lead with a governance focus
- Experienced in assessing projects and programmes against governance frameworks
- Improved PMO functions maturity levels in the past
- Able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and to 'sell' their suggestions
- Excellent communication in both a written and verbal capacity.
- Able to start the position in early December
