The job is a permanent, full-time position for Production Operatives at a company in Yate, BS37, with an annual salary of £28,816.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, including a half-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid tea breaks.
Responsibilities include operating laundry machines, managing dirty and clean garments, and completing paperwork accurately.
Candidates must have a full UK manual driving license and previous experience in a similar role, along with strong communication skills and basic PC understanding.
After the probation period, employees are entitled to 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, 10 days of sick pay per year, and additional perks.

About the job

Load dirty laundry into washing machines, setting correct wash programme
Record times on washing log sheets
Unload finished washing machines and transfer to dryers
Correctly dealing with dirty and clean garments, without cross contamination
Organise drying rails by station, hanging correct paperwork to end of rail and signing off responsibility paperwork
Remove dry garments after 24 hours, fold and place in relevant clean laundry bag, checking off 3-way check, paperwork, ticket, and garment.
Place clean laundry bags onto the inspection waiting area in day order

The right candidate

Must have full UK manual driving licence - as you will be required tooccasionally drive a van to deliver stock
Comfortable with manual handling
Strong communication skills
Able to complete paperwork withing the section
Basic PC understanding
Previous experience in a similar role such as production, warehouse, factory, manufacturing, retail
