We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the Bristol area.

Main Duties:
- Maximize and generate client quotations based on service visits, callouts, and insurance reports.
- Generate minor and major repair quotes, including modernizations.
- Follow-up on client quotes and manage expectations.
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction during the quotation process.
- Process orders and manage stage payments using the in-house maintenance system.
- Order parts within the given budget and timeframe.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate quotes.
- Monitor workload to meet monthly targets.
- Process timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.
Person Specification:
- Experience in managing high volumes of communication.
- Confident communication via telephone and email (especially with Outlook).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Experience in quoting based on insurance reports.
- Preferred experience in the lift industry, or relevant engineering background (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
