Job Role - Sales Administrator
Our Bristol based Logistics client are seeking a sales administrator/operator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This role is Monday - Friday 9-5:30 and is offering 27000 - 27300 per annum.
What will you be doing?
As Sales Administrator you will be working to provide a high standard of service for customers, making relationships, dealing with concerns, managing bookings, resolving issues and more. You will be taking calls from clients and redirecting them as necessary, providing quotes, logging bookings, updating systems, and general admin.
What skills will you have?
The ideal candidate will be confident, driven and naturally have fantastic communication skills. You will be friendly and approachable and understand the importance of a strong relationship with customers. You will work well in fast paced environments and be organised. Administrative and numerical skills are a must, experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.
