Sales Administrator Role OverviewThis full-time role is pivotal in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across online, phone, and in-person channels. You will assist across both sales progression and financial services, supporting the team to streamline processes, manage leads, and ensure smooth transactions. Your responsibilities will include compliance oversight, supporting the sales process, and helping to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency within the office.
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Assisting sales progressors with the sales progression process
- Processing online leads by reviewing and qualifying them for the sales team
- Serving as front-of-house coordinator, managing in-person inquiries and qualifying leads
- Maintaining and updating applicant data while ensuring compliance within the CRM system
- Supporting new property onboarding in the CRM system
- Coordinating office processes such as key and security management
- Maintaining front-of-house displays and general office appearance
- Supporting buyers with inquiries and ensuring smooth sales progression
Sales Administrator Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially regarding compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different channels
- A background in property sales, marketing, or administration is a plus
Sales Administrator Package and Benefits
- Salary: £25,000, OTE £26,000 pro-rata
- Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (Part-time hours available across 3, 4, or 5 days per week)
