Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a sustainable IT services company, with the appointment of a Sales Administrator.

This well-established company are a leading supplier of refurbished IT hardware and have offices all over Europe. Their main mission is to strive towards a more engaged, sustainable and greener economy, helping companies reduce their digital footprint through reuse. The successful candidate will share the same values and want to progress with the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer quotes and negotiating prices.
  • Processing and invoicing sales orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers regularly and chasing delivery times.
  • Resolving supplier and customer disputes.
  • Inbox management for the office.
  • Office coordination; to include managing team expenses, ordering office supplies and maintaining office supplies.
  • Annual stock takes and training in France.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years purchasing/sales coordination experience. You will be highly organised and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Confidence when speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues will be key within this role.

Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch.
