Senior Fire Design Engineer required for our client, a well-established CCTV Company who offer supply and installation of CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Fire Systems. They are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join their team, due to expansion within the business.
Senior Fire Design Engineer Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday (40hr)
- Work from Home - Fully remote role

Senior Fire Design Engineer Job Overview
- Perform surveys and create design proposals and quotations.
- Having experience with designing Fire, Intruder Alarms and CCTV alarms is required.
- Small to medium commercial projects
- Responsible for the design of fire alarm systems implemented in properties
- Providing recommendations for the planning, design, installation and maintenance of fire systems
Senior Fire Design Engineer Job Requirements
- 5 years' experience within a similar role
- Design Experience - i.e AutoCad
- Understanding of a variety of F&S Systems
- FIA Design Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant British Standards, especially BS5839-1:2017
- Experience of designing fire detection and alarm systems
- Ability to read and understand project specific drawings and specifications
- A can-do attitude with a drive for progression
- Previous experience in surveying
