Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality Law lessons that inspire and engage students, ensuring academic excellence and high achievement.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and enhance their learning experience.
- Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to foster their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a culture of respect and enthusiasm for learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the broader academic community through involvement in committees and special projects.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Law.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving excellent student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the Law curriculum and current educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in further training.
- Ability to teach Criminology is desirable but not essential.
