Key Responsibilities
- Understand the cognitive, behavioural, and emotional needs of each student and provide tailored support.
- Identify triggers and barriers to learning and apply psychological theory in a classroom setting.
- Support students in small groups or 1:1, ensuring they feel safe and engaged in learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to create a fun and inclusive learning environment.

- Pay: £85-£95 per day (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
