Location: Avon Bank, Bristol
Pay Rate: 16.65 per hour
Working Hours/pattern: 08.00am - 16.00pm, Monday to Friday, Fully on site position
Duration: 6 Months with the possibility of extension, to start ASAP

What You'll Do:
As a People Administrator, you will be the frontline hero for our client's hire-to-retire queries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Queries: Provide exceptional email and telephony support to answer employee questions related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Life cycle Support: Proactively assist employees through various stages of their employment journey, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Documentation: Produce standard contracts of employment and manage other contractual documents with precision.
- Data Management: Update and maintain data accuracy within our HRIS, ensuring we meet KPIs and continuously improve our processes.
- Collaboration: Build strong internal relationships and work closely with related teams to deliver seamless service.
- Tech Savvy: Utilise your understanding of HRIS (ResourceLink) and ATS (TribePad) systems to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Innovation: Support the launch of our new People Services Support Desk and manage ticketing systems in focus areas of onboarding and life cycle.
- Administrative Support: Assist People Coordinators with essential administrative tasks, from letters to online filing.
Essential:
- Strong communication skills
- IT Literate - Proficient using Excel & Word
- Administrative experience
Desirable:
- Experience within a HR function
